Just about all of them, after the War of the Ring. Having been thoroughly defeated in battle, the orcs decided that they would have to drastically alter to direction of their race, and achieve greatness through cultural and technological pursuits, rather than through the martial spirit. Ballet, poetry cafes, sculpture, and the art of grilling fine steaks were all characteristics of the post-war orcish culture, ironically rejuvenated and even reborn by crushing defeat. The War of the Ring was the greatest thing ever to happen to the orcs. Orc scholars and politicians have called it "The Great Gift".
