Well, from what all of you say I'd say I should after all vote for Elf at the "With what race do you identify yourself" thread, with the note "based on outside observation".

Well, I don't see it. . .at least not to the extend that other people does.

Of course when people say "legate looks like an elf" and I look at the photo with this in mind, I can see why they might say that.

The first time I saw it I did not have this in mind and I never thought "wow how elvish"

That of course provides me enough cover to prove TM's theory about Elf in disguise as false. Because of that, I believe he wanted to divert suspicion from himself; succesfuly creating a bandwagon. For this,

Legate is being defensive, and is taking it to the extreme by actually attacking the one who first cast suspicion on him. I think he is an Elf who's making clumsy mistakes in his panic.

I think that The Might is bluffing. First he says that Legate is the Argonath, but then accuses him of being an Elf. And notice that he votes himself only after Legate first votes him. Slipping under the radar, huh?

Anyways... I recently acquired through... mysterious sources... a Barrow Downs T-shirt and I thought it high time I showed it off to the little world of the Downs.
