No, that would be cheating. The rules say-

4. Each manager will receive a total of ten trades to be used during the round robin rounds.
These trades will officially take place after each individual round.

In other words, you can't make a trade now. Your trade had to be announced before Sleepy posted the results of the first games in the second round.
