Oooh, nasssty Amazon! I see if anyone's ordering the book now they're in for a long wait as it seems to have Sold Out! Certainly on Amazon UK anyway where they are quoting a 4-6 week wait. Obviously sold all their copies on pre-order and waiting for a second print run!
