I'd suggest around 10 PM CT, which would work best for me, but that might be tough for anyone on EST time.

I know, the 'downs is not the best place for a party, with all those wights and all... but I believe we have some high-level characters, so we should be safe.

I think a party could be arranged on the Barrow-Downs. Late tonight would probably be best.
If Kuru is up for it, I'd say go ahead and meet up somewhere (near Andraste, maybe?) and I will definitely try to attend if I am able.
