I'm soooo sorry for my absence. I've had a lot going on in life and am still trying to catch up.
I've been earning various fitness related certifications and have been attending workshops for others. Then I got quite ill, and then my grandmother passed away.

I'm still trying to catch up with everything.

I have pictures in my inbox and hopefully I'll get to them soon.
