Eomer, interesting point. I remember in a thread long long ago where you talked about, that at times in the movie it was really hard to get emotional. There was this sad, mournful scene, then suddenly Gimli's cracking jokes, or there's high-pushed action and you just can't get connected and emotionally involved into the movies. Yes I do remember that to this day.

So, is that kind of how you felt here too? Here's this sad death of a mighty warrior, who made a mighty stand, yet it's not as effective because as Boromir is sitting their gurgling on his own blood Aragorn is ninja-ing it up with Lurtz.
