Oh dear it would be like the 2000 US elections all over again.... an unbearable wait while the lawyers decide
 the use of unemboldened lowercase the equivalent of Hanging Chad..... or wahtever.....However I find Phantom's search for loopholes whether "legal" or not, unsporting.... so I would not want him to win .....
