As far as we know, Goldberry has some spiritual thing going on, and being the possible daughter of Ulmo, she may influence the waters of Middle-Earth. Also, she liked Tom, and wasn't beaten over the head with a club and dragged off. Therefore, we have no idea what powers she might have. Gloin on the other hand, didn't really do much that to stand out.

Good heavens, Celuien, that is dreadful. He's no better than Ar-Pharazon himself.

Poor Goldberry, she needs to get off the island as soon as possible and into the hands of a good psychiatrist, to sort out her Stockholm Syndrome.
