My capacity for stumping people seems to be exceeding even morm's, so here are some rather telling hints, much as it pains me.

For the first two clues, look in people's Locations. For the last, look at people's names.

Doing the Charleston (SC) on the flagpole though I'm not sure how Harvey Danger applies but I'm sure it's either the danger of dancing on a flag pole or a reference to the band that alludes me.
