But if it is Elvish it has to be the hard .... but I never remember that when I think names.......

Well, I think I can blame this on Latin and Italian... but I've found myself saying "Chel-oo-ien".
But the Tolkienist says "No, blockhead, you have to use the Elven Hard C." So I alternate with "Kel-oo-ien". And then there's Joe Bloe's English: "Sel-oo-ien". Yup. Addicted.
