People with time contraints- If my reading of the rules is correct, all days and nights will last 48 hours untill the village is small enough to go back a regular schedule. (After all, with 30 people trying to talk, it'd be quite hectic if we onle had 24 hours to decide with. That's not even taking into account the myriad of heavy posters we have playing!
