I think a repetition of the clue and a few pointers are in order.

The meaning's probably clearer if I rephrase it: Different set of circumstances makes suspicious tea

In order to get this, you don't need to know anything about the member in question, not even their personal title. My clue only refers to the user name itself, albeit very allusively. I've also rather cruelly chosen a member who's been out of circulation for a long while.
