You poor dear...

Here's a rather silly suggestion: try associating BDers to certain 3D objects that you actually see. For instance, you can command your brain to think "Lhunardawen" when you see the moon, or "Eomer of the Rohirrim" when you see Snoopy. Thus when you see those things in your dreams, it will seem to you that you've dreamt of BDers!
