All of the Fellowship members exept Gandalf id Imagin being a Maiar, went to Tol Eressea.
These were,
Frodo
Sam
Legolas
Gandalf
Gimli
Bilbo went too

The ones who died were
Aragorn
Merry
Pippin [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img]
Boromir
