Snowmane sues Theoden for unsafe working conditions and, with a short but sweet background in how government runs, runs off to Rome (..and Roman times, I guess...)to become Caligua's horse*. *History!: Caligua nearly made his horse a Senator of Rome. (Thankies for the pointer Kitanna!) It is my deepest desire that orcs develop worker unions in the years prior to the War of the Ring.
