Sauron: Such a name should only belong to a storm with a great EYE. HAH! Eye of the storm? Eh? Eh? Namo: Meaning "Ordainer" or "Judge", and is another title for Mandos. Its nearly impossible for anyone to 'judge' where a hurricane will make landfall, unless you're the driving force.
