The fact that it's obscure makes me feel better.
"Ubiquitous in the Legendarium" would make a good name for a band. EDIT: I think that "choral piece" may be the straight clue. A choral piece is a song or lay. I don't know any obscure alternative names, other than ann-thennath, which refers to a particular type of song.
