I recieved one too. I thought the '++' meant something along the lines of: "Mess with this thread again, and you'll need double the medical attention!", which is a good call for them, since i'm poor and can only pay to be killed by Group Death. Or, thinking positively (afterwards, I always take the worst first, not because I need excitement, it's more along the lines of 'I might as well get this over with'.) I though it was something like: " Good post! You have just earned slightly payable quality medical benefits from the BarrowDowns' own Werewolf Games!"

But, it is interesting, and fads do come and go...
