(I've used that smilie a lot today... hm...) I'll comment on two parts... the rest I'll leave to your imagining:

Mid to upper 30's. - Not even close.
Her house is immaculate with never a spec of dust. - Hahaha, you should see my room.

Morm, before I saw your pic, I imagined you as: Early to Mid 20's, about 6', shortish dark hair, brown eyes - generally good-looking. A T-shirt and jeans type of guy who likes to have a good time.
