There is a car that drives around the Ithaca area (all by itself, amazing!!) <img src=wink.gif ALT=""> that is hand painted, it has The Road Goes Ever On painted on one of the doors. Koontz also put Tolkien references in &quot;Dark Rivers of the Heart&quot; I think. As for the words to the Hobbit song by Nimoy, they are as follows:

In the middle of the Earth, In the land of the Shire
Lives a brave little hobbit who we all admire.
With his long wooden pipe, fuzzy wooly toes,
He lives in a hobbit-hole and everybody knows him.
