Unfortunately, Gimli had a horrible fight with Legolas last night, and Legolas and his arrows were pouting in a corner.

Gimli was a typo It was Gollum who should have been deflated, right?

Should fortunately/unfortunately run alternately? I suppose yes?

Unfortunately, Legolas, who have never used his arrows other than shooting them through his bow, stood stupefied, gaping at Gimli's horrible plight, and it never ocurred to him it was enough to pierce Gollum through the right place with an arrowhead.

Fortunately, Faramir was walking by and aimed for the proper place to deflate Gollum.

Unfortunately he forgot did not have anything to piece him with - having just come from net practice with the Ithilien wanderers, he was carrying a cricket bat not a sword.
