The old hobbit man with an angry, younger wife. That nice round-headed, gray-haired fat little fellow appears in both FotR and RotK.
And then the dark-haired elf-guy who is companying Arwen, when she changes her mind and rides back to Rivendell. And Peter Jackson's children are best, wherever they are...  They're so cute.
