brought from the outlaw - she was Belagund's daughter, who was an outlaw, bound to the friend of him who pours - I don't quite know the meaning of this but I suppose it's a reference to her being the mother of Tuor who was a protege of 'he who pours' = Ulmo bringer of the bringer of a small one's safety - of her was born Earendil, whose light was captured in the phial of Galadriel who was responsible of Frodo's safety in Mordor. EDIT: eek! I forgot 'bringer of the messages'. I have no idea, in fact she was the one waiting for messages, not delivering them...
