Hard choice, but I'd go for Narya.

Alright, mobility, cutting edge in hand-to-hand-combat, and the mysterious powers of a wizard's knob-on-the-end staff are all important.
But the Ring of Fire is it what enhances Gandalf's nature of the Kindler greatly, and this was, after all, what caused the hobbits to rise.

Oh, and could you still add 'His pipe' to the list, BW? <img src=wink.gif ALT="">
