(A prince can include people who later became High Kings- e.g. Gil-galad, or Fingolfin- so you couldn't have anyone like Finwe, because he was a King, not a prince).

I'm not quite sure about Legolas, but those are all I could come up with. 35!

The only first cousin is Eärwen, but maybe you mean Galadriel, Aegnor, Angrod, Orodreth, and Finrod?
