The scene in the TTT EE when Faramir watches Boromir depart

Gandalf & Faramir's brief talk as Faramir rides to attempt to retake Osgiliath

Sam's speech to Frodo as they lie halfway up Mt. Doom

The music that wasn't so obvious as the battle music. It just sort've stayed in the background, but still fit the scene and its emotions so well.
