Should the character Bios be similar in format as the that applying for new characters?

Elven Characters

Please try to not stray too far from this description given by Tolkien: (Note the hair color and the grey eyes - blue-grey is alright in the Shire)

Been a while since I was on the forum now... yeah. Anyway, will post my character description as soon as possible, just have to get through the old RP thread first to get a feel for her again... shouldn't be too hard, as she's a... familiar character (a.k.a. blatant self-insert).
