Yellowskin, the Great Writ of Tuckborough was kept in the libraries of Tuckborough in Tookland. In the Shire the old lore was largely neglected but there were always some hobbits who studied it and kept it in memory. In Bilbo`s time there were in the book-hoards in Tuckborough many manuscripts more than 500 years old. The oldest known were Yellowskin as it was popurlary called. Yellowskin dealt with the deeds of the Tooks from the foundation of the Shire though its earliest hand belonged to a period at least 4 centuries later. Yellowskin was estimated to be around 1000 years old.

But back to the subject - another name for Celebrant (not Silverlode because thats too easy).
