Though it would be impossible to use Silvan since Silvan words are hardly given. I think you mean Sindarin.

Tolkien Help with a Word...

I found an elven word for "curse" one time on the internet that I loved. The first three letters were Fai or Fei or something like that and I can't for the life of me find it again...does anyone know it?

At the Counsil of Elrond site linked earlier in this thread, they give "rhach" for the noun 'curse' in Sindarin. (The 'h' after the 'r' means that the 'r' is untrilled, and the 'ch' is like in Bach.)
