You get excited because you think a guy on your campus is dressed as a hobbit, but it's his real clothes. (Seriously! He had dark curly hair, a brown jacket, a dark wool scarf like Pippin's, a white shirt, and short pants! I thought that he had hobbit feet [gross] but he was just wearing sandals that had a dark panel on topl)
