I have always loved the Lord of the Rings music since the very first time I saw the Fellowship. It is so beautiful, and perfectly portrays the emotions and moods of each scene. I enjoy all of the tracks on the ROTK soundtrack, but the two that stand out for me are The Steward of Gondor, and Shelob's Lair.

The Steward of Gondor is so beautiful and strong, but the thing that really makes this track what it is, is Billy Boyd's solo. It worked so perfectly in the movie as Faramir and his men charged, and is equally as moving when just being listened to.

Shelob's Lair though is by far my favourite, it gives me goosebumps everytime I listen to it. You can just feel frodo's emotions as he finally realizes what has happened.
