Posting ads in other forums would be considered bad form.

In addition, players must have posted in the Shire Inn or in Rohan before they can play in a game in the Shire.

I have PM'd all the people on the Shire Players list and a number of people in Rohan who are not in several games already. Just sent out 5 more PM's this a.m.

What you can do is PM people you think might be interested if you wish and talk up the game to them.
