Alaklondewen had contacted me about her interest in playing a Lorien elf (Hurray!) and I am delighted to have her on board! Please join me in welcoming her to our little band of adventurers...

Alaklondewen, one of the reasons I like the idea of Amroth and your character already having made osanwe contact is that you could begin writing now, and not have to wait til Mellon and Ædegard arrive at Lorien.

I had planned on having Mellon proceed straight to the falls of Nimrodel, search the area (obviously not finding her) and then proceed into Lorien to ask the first border-guard he found. Said border-guard replies "She departed for the Havens long ago" and points southward towards Belfalas; Mellon/Amroth understands immediately and sets off.

That border guard need not be your character. Your elf could stand there and argue with him, or meet him later and get the news and give chase, or ... whatever you like.

Glad to have you on board! If you need/want to toss ideas around, please do!
