- When you lead your English class in a rousing rendition of "Hey ho to the bottle I go!" while you're all sitting outside under a palm tree with nothing better to do (it was after a fire drill and none of us wanted to go inside

- When you're tempted to tell your Principles of Engineering teacher that his new project about hydraulics is going to turn everyone into a mini-Saruman and if all the trees on the school grounds are suddenly cut down, he knows why.
