Doug that post came to me, I pmed you a reply but seeing this I realise it should have gone to nova.
In this new format the 'pm this person' tab is now at the bottom of the posts.   It caught me out too, it took me a while to figure out way I couldn't edit my post, thats because I was trying to edit the post above
