Two Maia touched the Ring - Sauron and Gandalf.

Saucepan Man - I got to disagree with you on that. Though it is a little unclear, in "Shadows of the Past", Gandalf asks for the Ring, and Frodo hands it to him on its chain. He throws it in the fire, then removes it with a pair of fireplace tongs...Whoops. Hey, Wait a minute! You are right!

[Gandalf] stooped and removed the ring to the hearth with the tongs, and at once picked it up.
