This is rather a side note, but a (much) younger relative of mine was watching MTV last night on the countdown to the new year. There was a freestyle rap competition going on, between a lighter and a darker skinned African American. The lighter skinned rapper said something like, "You look like an orc from the <I>Lord of the Rings,</I>" to the other rapper during his freestyle.
