I mean what I said. He may have been in quite a few scenes but they were fleeting, and he DID have some of the best lines (ie "For Frodo"). A lot more time seems to have been spent with Gandalf and Pippin. (I'm not dissing them, they were great). <P>Viggo was great in what he WAS in, but it wasn't enough. No Palantir, no houses of healing - two of the key passages of the book that show his strengths. No finding of the sapling of the White Tree. (No wedding, but that doesn't matter to me). <P>He was just an action hero in this film.
