Pippin. *sigh* I love Pippin. Pippin Pippin Pippin....<P>Ahem. I am one happy Pippin 'fangirl'. I agree that the Palantir could have been more subtle, but at least it was in there. The concept of the Beacons instead of the Red Arrow was... em... odd (those guys stand around piles of wood on mountain tops at all times, just in case? I don't think so) but I loved it that Pippin carried out his "secret mission". Basically, I'm a slave for any Pippin screentime.<P>You know, when I've got something to complain about I can go on and on and feel really smart and analytical, but this is not that day! I <I>could</I> go on about him, but I'd sound like an Orlibopper (only a Pippinbopper). And nobody wants that.<P>PS<P>Note the Diamond Took cameo. Oh, I know, I know, he was just smiling at the nearest female (and she wasn't that pretty...) but you can't tell me that wasn't Diamond. So there.
