Who's your favorite Hobbit character and why ? - The Barrow-Downs Discussion Forum

I have trouble choosing one as most of you. For many reasons I think merry jst beats out the others. I personally almost always like those who not so much in the limelight as Frodo is,(though his selflessness and bravory are incredible) I really liked merry's character in the books especially. He was brave and responsible and very loyal to his friends. The movie did cover some of this. Dom wasn't to hard to look at either.
