These are broad demographic areas. For all I know, the Dallas-Fort Worth extends to Houston they way they draw the map.The city of Detroit is small. In terms of demographics, 'Detroit' is actually from Detroit to Pontiac (and including Pontiac), and as far west as Ann Arbor. It's based on the areas the TV stations serve. If I recall, the top areas were in order:LA New York DC Detroit ChicagoI was surprised that it was larger than Chicago, because as a city Chicago's much bigger. Houston is up there, true, in the same size realm as the San Francisco-Bay area. It may be Minneapolis-St. Paul and Houston. Like I said, the last two I'm not sure about.Maril
