*bows to Kaiserin and nobly responds: Frodo lives!Actually, an Academy Award would be too soon to be given as early as FotR or even TTT. TTT is just too much of a sequel, and not to mention a "middle child" ---not bad for a middle child, though The films deserve it at the very end. At least the story has to be completed; after all, it is, in truth, a roughly 9-hour movie. If they deserve an award, it should be for the WHOLE of The Lord of the Rings!As for the Academy itself, based on its choices, RotK might just get it. I can just hear it now...cross your fingers til March, my friends, my premonitions have an eeriness of being possible!Better set a tv date with LotR friends!*flutters around tickled with excitement*
