Star Wars was one of the first movies I had seen, and yes, I admit, I was thrilled by it. But when I saw FOTR in the theater for the first time, I was forever changed. I had read the books before, but that movie transformed me into the die-hard LOTR fanatic that I am. ROCK ON, PJ!!!!
But I still like Star Wars, and plan to see Episode III when it comes out - but phantom menace really turned me off. at that point, starwars was not star wars anymore; and the story was so... shallow. FOTR was a very deep story; and it had much better acting, romance, soundtrack, etc.
Himaran
