What bothered me much more than the omission of glorious Glorfindel was the fact that they made such a weakling of Frodo throughout! He's supposed to ride alone on Asfaloth! I should have loved to hear him call: "By Elbereth and Lúthien the Fair! You shall get neither the Ring nor me!"
