It translates to Well done, Brego, my friend.That was really trusting that Mr. Mortensen trusted the horse to not accidentally step on him. Although it is a Hollywood horse, I know through experience that they are never completely "tamed" (it would be sad if they were), and accidents always happened. If Brego had accidentally stepped or kneeled on Mr. Mortensen, then we'd have no more Aragorn, son of Arathorn, heir to the throne of Gondor!
