One of the things I love about the soundtrack is the drums. In Concerning Hobbits, and The Breaking of The Fellowship, you can hear irish drums in the background, and I think that adds so much. My favorite track is 13, I can picture everything going on, and the boy singing at the very end is so beautiful. It's one of the few songs that bring me to tears. Amon Hen is another good track, especially at the part where that Uruk-Hai is shooting Boromir. I love the entire soundtrack, and I can't wait for the other two.
