My fave would be both "A Journey in the Dark" and "The Bridge of Khazad-Dum". "A Journey in the Dark" is so hauntingly beautiful, and it segues perfectly into "The Bridge of Khazad-Dum". Besides, the end of the latter song is the only music I've head that makes me tear up.
