Just fyi, Calimac, I've seen a thread on another board which argues that Elvish words are really a slightly disguised version of Hebrew and that LoTR contains numerous "Elvish" biblical references and even prophecies. Of course the person who developed this "theory" doesn't actually know any Hebrew...
