Not only did Viggo lose a tooth, but apparently he caused some other people's teeth to be lost as well. According to the other cast members, he got a little carried away sometimes and got too physical in his fighting and some of the stunt guys got teeth knocked out. Also, in Viggo's battle scene with Lurtz, they both misjudged a few of their hits. So, some of it is real contact like when Lurtz butts heads with Aragorn.
